Draper Lake Coastal Village

Draper Lake Coastal Village

General Overview
Draper Lake Coastal Village is a private development comprised of two wooded peninsulas separated by Draper Lake in Blue Mountain Beach. Located on the south side of Scenic Highway 30A, Draper Lake Coastal Village is approximately 19 miles east of Destin and 32 miles west of Panama City Beach in the panhandle of Florida.

Architecture
Draper Lake Coastal Village exemplifies the rustic feel of a mountain lodge in the style of its homes. Designed by Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company and Dover, Kohl & Partners, the community layout and architecture was designed in character with the building traditions of the historic Great Camps of the Adirondacks, and other mountain or lake villages and retreats. Smooth river stone trims foundation walls, chimney stacks, and retaining walls that line the walking trails at the shoreline of Draper Lake.

Amenities
Amenities of Draper Lake Coastal Village include two community pools, one in both the east and west peninsula which are joined by two wooden pedestrian bridges (one covered), a fishing dock, walking trails and a 48-foot observation tower with views of the Gulf of Mexico, and deeded beach access.

Draper Lake Coastal Village shares the shoreline of Draper Lake, one of 11 coastal dune lakes along the beaches of South Walton.

Real Estate
Draper Lake Coastal Village consists of single family homes and home sites.
